Alright - for the month of January I ended up staying at 188! That means, while I didn't lose much, I maintained. I consider that a good thing. I mean, how many people can go on vacation for 20 days and not gain? I find that impressive. :) I'm looking forward to what February has in store for me. My goal is to lose 15 lbs. It was 10, but since I didn't lose much in January I'm trying to make up for it.
Today I went to the library. I checked out a book by Tosca Reno. The Eat Clean Cookbook for Kids and Family. I highly recommend it. It has mac n cheese, chicken nuggets, fish sticks...all a clean eating version! I can't wait to try some of the recipe's. I really need to clean up my eating. That is my BIGGEST downfall! Abs, after all are made in the kitchen. I let today be a junk food day, since I've been craving ice cream for 3 days now! I got some and it was ok. I didn't eat it all like I have in the past, and I was satisfied after just a little bit. Amazing how the taste buds change.
And speaking of change. I'm worried about my body changing. My belly is not attractive and I'm so worried about stretchmarks and saggy skin! I really want to have a smokin' body but am worried. I know i shouldn't be. It's being vain, but I would hate to have a saggy belly. Know what I mean? I found this photo and absolutely loved it. It made me feel better, especially knowing that my belly, is from my baby. And I wouldn't trade him for the world! :) <3
