On to today. For breakfast I had a Shakeology - water and ice only. It was pretty good. Not sure if I mentioned this yesterday, but I have been afraid of doing the cleanse. I thought water and Shakeology plane would be gross. Turns out its not so bad. I ate that pretty late so I didn't need a snack. For lunch I ended up eating Shakeology with half a banana. Snack was a Shakeology with strawberries. I also ate a handful of pecans because...well, I was hungry. For dinner I had ice burg lettuce, one carrot, some radishes, balsamic vinaigrette, asparagus, and unseasoned cod. The cod was amazing. It made me want fish sticks! My final snack tonight will be the other half of my banana.
