Healthy Super Bowl Foods!

I'm a grazer.  And by grazer I mean I like to walk around the food table and grab a few nibbles at a time. This goes on all night.  This year I'm determined to not get the "bloat" that comes along with a fun night of football, food, and fun!
In addition to being a grazer, I'm also a picky eater.  I hate trying new things and love sticking to my "old habits."  To entice me, I grabbed Tosca Reno's Eat Clean Diet for Family & Kids.  So far so good.  She even has a recipe for chicken nuggets!  Listed below are some ideas for clean eating during tonights game!  Enjoy! And....GO GIANTS!
Quick Sweet Potato Fries


Crispy Chicken Bites
Hearty White Bean Chili 

And for dessert - No Bake Shakeology Balls!  They turned out pretty tasty!
No Bake Shaekology Balls:
1 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Cup Rolled oats (oatmeal)
1 Cup Chocolate Shakeology
1/3 - 1/2 C Honey*

Mix well, roll into balls, and refrigerate! 

*It was suggested to me to use 1/2 cup of honey to make sure everything gets mixed well.  I noticed the 1/2 cup did a wonderful job of keeping it all together and imagine 1/3 cup would leave me just a little dry. :)
